As a neurodivergent person, I have experienced how difficult it can be to navigate traditional education and workplace systems. These structures have often failed marginalized people, and I am committed to being a catalyst for transformation. My passion and professional goals are centered on being a strong advocate, coach, researcher, and trainer, to empower individuals and organizations to build a more equitable and successful workforce.
